She has lived firsthand the same challenges she is trying to help solve...
Romina is passionate about connecting families with resources that make their lives better. Her family encountered similar challenges moving to a new place with limited language skills. Originally from Honduras and growing up in the City of Boston she overcame many challenges. This has been the deeper driver of her behavior.
Starting her career in retail developing and executing national marketing strategies for Fortune 500 companies supporting brands like Marshalls/TJMaxx and Staples, Inc. Romina found her calling for promoting products and services to improve people’s lives and wellbeing.
That was the moment when she transitioned into community health care. By combining her vast experience in marketing, branding, and business development with community health and wellness initiative that engage diverse and vulnerable communities, she developed a methodology for immediate impact for all organizations involved in the healthcare process.
Romina’s proprietary strategy has been used to strengthen referral programs, local branding, and social media presence that promote specifically to ethnically diverse and hard-to-reach audiences. Through producing and hosting her own TV Shows to promote local health awareness campaigns, Romina has built a brand that can be leveraged for the good of the community overall, as well as developed the expertise in video production which has been found to increasingly enhance communication to bilingual healthcare consumers.

Engaging with heart
There are many challenges in healthcare communication between well-meaning organizations, providers and end consumers in your community right now.
Providers are now tasked to provide high quality health care at a low cost to populations who are very diverse and face social and chronic issues, in addition to dealing with low health literacy.
Organizations need to be equipped with the most effective strategies to grow and make a positive impact on the health outcomes of the communities they serve.
They need to engage with heart.
